I also offer and have conducted group regressions in qhht and other methods of hypnosis and find it  is a great way to explore with others and start delving into your subconscious memories . I find the synergy from  a  shared experience to have quite a profound effect. So get a group together, its a great way to introduce yourself to these marvellous therapies.
